产品性状:又称枸橼酸钠，该产品是一种无色结晶或白色晶状粉末，无臭，味咸、凉。在150℃失去结晶水更热则分解。溶于水，不溶于乙醇。

运用场合：主要用于食品、饮料工业中用作风味剂、稳定剂；在医药工业中用做抗血凝剂等；在洗涤剂工业之中，可替代三聚磷酸钠作为洗涤剂助剂；还可用于酿造、电镀等行业。
包装规格：25 公斤袋装、1000 公斤袋托盘包装、500至1000 公斤袋装等多种包装规格。并能按客户的要求定制。
贮存条件：避光、密封、干燥阴凉处贮存。
